Christmas Hall Floor Plan

The old world Victorian style of Christmas Hall is complemented by its uncompromising urban luxury. Guests of all ages can be catered for and children are very welcome. Should you require cots and high chairs, or would like to bring along your well behaved dog, please ask when booking.

Spread over three floors, the flexible accommodation makes Christmas Hall a venue of infinite possibilities.  Christmas Hall sleeps up to 20 people very comfortably in eight large double bedrooms, including a very large dormitary bedroom with five single beds. 

Ground floor

The opulent entrance hall leads to a number of versatile rooms.

The dining room looks out over the walled gardens and can be used for dining or as a meeting room. The drawing room, sitting room and games room offer elegant relaxation and spaces for breakout or small group discussions. But for those looking for entertainment there is also a flat screen TV, freeview, WiFi, iPod docking station and Blu-ray DVD player.

Towards the back of the house are the well equipped kitchen, utility room and cloakroom with shower room.  

Outside is the walled garden with patio, barbecue and outside dining area.

The Hall can also accommodate parking for nine cars with additional street parking.

First floor

The flexible second floor accommodation offers six double bedrooms, one of which has a four poster bed.

There are two en-suite shower rooms, one further shower room and a separate WC. Adjacent to the four poster room is a large bathroom sumptuously decorated where you can enjoy a relaxing roll top bath with a glass of champagne.

Second floor

The second floor comprises of another double bedroom, a bedroom that can sleep up to 6 (ideal for children) and cloakroom.
